This includes leveraging technology, moving to an electric <br />fleet when ready, updating zoning, and more. <br /> <br />Empowering High Performance Action Item Progress <br />• On-Track: 40.0% <br />• Upcoming: 30.0% <br />• Not Started: 30.0% <br /> <br />Action Item Highlights <br />Four items within the Empowering High Performance Strategic Direction are on track, with <br />measurable progress. <br />• Execute study on EV fleet conversion <br />o Public Works staff have analyzed and purchased first electric truck in 2025 <br />• Develop an internal committee to analyze AI <br />o Committee has been developed, met, and has reviewed several solutions. <br />• Analyze feasibility of online city code <br />o Two quotes secured. Contract with CivicPlus for online code was executed.
