<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, MN 55117-1600 <br />Main Phone: (651) 766-4029 <br />www.littlecanadamn.org <br />MAYOR <br />Tom Fischer <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br />Chris Kwapick <br />Angie Malone <br />Dave Miller <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br />ARBOR DAY <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Little Canada recognizes that trees beautify our surroundings, <br />improve our quality of life, increase property values, and enhance the economic vitality of the <br />City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has had a successful program of planting trees in City parks, <br />along streets, and other public places; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has encouraged residents and property owners to plant trees on <br />private property throughout the City; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED that I, Tom Fischer, Mayor of the <br />City of Little Canada, Minnesota do hereby proclaim Friday, April 24, 2026, as Arbor Day in <br />the City of Little Canada. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER PROCLAIMED that the month of April will be “Arbor Month” <br />and that an observance of Arbor Day and Arbor Month will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026 <br />at 1:00 p.m. in Spooner Park in the City of Little Canada. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd Day of April, 2026. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br /> <br />
