in summary, we would recommend approval of the revised Gilanderi Addition Preliminary <br />Plat, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Verification of adequate easement area on the east side of the platted Gilander <br />Lane right -of -way. <br />2. City Council approval of the 24 foot wide roadway. <br />3. Developer responsibility for removing the existing portion of roadway south of the <br />current improved street, and restoring the area appropriately. <br />4. City Engineer review and approval of the drainage and grading for the plat. <br />5.
