EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF LT11LE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 17, 1998 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center <br />of said City on the 17th day of December, 1998. <br />The following members were present: <br />Fahey, Scalze, LaValle, Morelan, and Pedersen; <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1999 BONDED INDEBTEDNESS <br />TAX LEVY REDUCTIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />City Staff presented to the Council the following proposed bonded indebtedness tax levy <br />reductions for 1999: <br />Bonded Debt: <br />Public Project Rev. Refunding 1993 $181,400.00 <br />G.O. Sewer Refunding 1992B 482 785.00 <br />Total $664,185.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Public Project Rev. Refunding 1993 <br />Proposed Levy $181,400.00 <br />Reduced - 181,400.00 <br />Amended Levy 0.00 <br />There is hereby irrevocably appropriated the sum of $181,400.00 which shall be credited <br />to the debt service funds of the Public Project Rev. Refunding Bonds of 1993, and the <br />County Auditor is hereby authorized and instructed to reduce the amount mentioned <br />above that tax which would be included in the roll for the year 1998 collectable 1999. <br />2.
