I <br />also enclose a UCC -3 Termination Statement evidencing the termination of the security <br />instrument evidenced by the Financing Statement Market Place Center Limited Liability <br />Company executed in connection with the above - referenced loan transaction. <br />Assuming the City is in agreement that the amount Commercial Partners Title, LLC <br />wire transferred to the City on September 30, 1998 fully satisfies the loan, the President of <br />the EDA should execute both the Satisfaction of Mortgage and the UCC -3 Termination <br />Statement at the signature lines indicated by the yellow tabs. Note that the President must <br />acknowledge his signature on the Satisfaction of Mortgage before a notary public and the <br />notary must complete the acknowledgment form.
