RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT <br />WHEREAS, <br />Pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted September 23, 1998, a report has been <br />prepared by the City Administrator with reference to the improvement of 2905 Condit <br />Street by water main improvement, and this report was received by the Council on <br />September23, 1998, and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost - effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />$3,325.20. <br />2. A 100% petition was received from the property owner of 2905 Condit Street <br />requesting the improvement of this property by watermain, therefore a public hearing was <br />not necessary. <br />Adopted by the Council this 23`d day of September, 1998. <br />Joel R.
