Hanson <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Little Canada will hold a public <br />hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 1998, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City to pass upon the proposed assessment for Improvement <br />No. 97 -15, the improvement of Centerville Road from approximately 350 feet north ofLaBore <br />Road to Allen Street by water main improvement. The Public Hearing begins at 7:00 P.M. <br />Amount to be assessed is $61,766.26. The property proposed to be assessed is: <br />Property ID No. 06- 29 -22 -14 -0011 <br />Property ID No. 06- 29 -22 -14 -0012 <br />PropertylD No. 06- 29 -22 -14 -0013 <br />Property ID No. 06- 29 -22 -14 -0014 <br />Property ID No. 06- 29 -22 -14 -0015 <br />Property ID No. 06- 29 -22 -14 -0016 <br />Property ID No. 06- 29 -22 -14 -0017 <br />Property ID No. 06- 29 -22 -14 -0018 <br />Property ID No. 05- 29 -22 -23 -0020 <br />The proposed assessment rolls are on file with the City Administrator. <br />Written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. <br />No appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment adopted pursuant to MN Statutes <br />1984 Section 429.061, Subdivision 2 unless a written objection signed by the affected property <br />owner is filed with the City Administrator prior to the assessment hearing or presented to the <br />presiding officer at the Hearing. <br />Any owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to Section 429.081 by serving <br />notice of the appeal upon the Mayor or City Administrator of the City of Little Canada within 30 <br />days after the adoption of the assessment and tiling such notice with the district court within ten <br />days after service upon the Mayor or City Administrator. <br />Senior citizens or retired or disabled persons may request a hardship special assessment deferral <br />in accordance with Sections 435.193 to 435.195 as follows: <br />Page 1 <br />
