CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING ON VACATION <br />WHEREAS, <br />A petition of the property owner of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Frederickshaven Second Addition in <br />the City of Little Canada was received by the City Clerk on the 21" day of August, 1998 <br />requesting that the City Council vacate the utility and drainage easements described below: <br />Those utility and drainage easements which lie along and 5 feet on either side (as <br />measured at right angles) of that portion of the common lot line dividing Lots 1 and 2, <br />Block 1, Frederickshaven Second Addition described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point 10 feet easterly of the southwest corner of Lot 1, as measured <br />along the South line ot'said Lot 1, thence easterly along said South line to a point which <br />is 10 feet westerly of the Southeast corner of said lot and there terminating. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />The Council will consider the vacation ot'such utility and drainage easements and a <br />public hearing shall be held on such proposed vacation on the 23rd day of September, <br />1998, before the City Council in the City Center at 7:30 P.M., and the City Administrator <br />shall give published and posted notice as required by law. <br />Page 57 <br />
