Such use is conditionally <br />permitted as "Commercial Recreation" within the 8 -3 Zoning District. Some local residents <br />located on the property adjacent to Gordies have complained about the outdoor activity <br />becoming a nuisance. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />ANALYSIS <br />Section 911.040 (F) of the Municipal Code allows "Commercial Recreation" as a <br />conditional use within the B -3 District provided the following: <br />1. If located within a shopping center, the use has its own exclusive exterior <br />access. <br />The proposed use is not located within a shopping center.
