MINUTES <br />VACATION <br />OF PITRINA <br />WAY AND <br />DAVID <br />CIRCLE <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 12, 1998 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12'x' day of August, <br />1998 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael 1. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Ms. Elizabeth Mursko <br />Mr. Greg Schroeder <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 -8 -183 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE JULY 22, 1998 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />JULY 22, 1998 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE JULY <br />22, 1998 CLOSED C'OUNC'IL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pedersen. <br />Ayes (3) Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the vacation of Pitrina <br />Way and David Circle. It was noted that these streets will be private <br />streets maintained by the Pitrina Park Townhome Association. It was also <br />noted that approval of a vacation requires four affirmative votes of the <br />Council. Therefore, staff recommended that the public hearing be held <br />this evening, but action on the matter be tabled until the August 26th <br />regular Council meeting. <br />Page 3 <br />
