This article shall not <br />apply to a veterinary hospital or clinic operated by a duly <br />licensed and qualified doctor of veterinary medicine licensed <br />under the laws of the state. <br />(Code 1982, § 7 -177) <br />Sec. 10 -373. - Application for license. <br />A license to operate a kennel under this article shall <br />be obtained from the city clerk.
