design of buildings, construction materials, sanitary provisions <br />and any other provisions deemed necessary to accomplish <br />proper protection for the public in the administration of this <br />article. <br />(Code 1982, § 7 -180) <br />Sec. 10 -376. - Violations. <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />Any person who operates a kennel business in <br />violation of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />Any licensed kennel operator who fails to comply with <br />all rules, regulations and orders of the city council shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />(c) <br />Each day that any violation under subsection (a) or (b) <br />of this section continues shall be considered a <br />separate offense and punishable as a separate <br />misdemeanor in accordance with section 1 -15 <br />(Code 1982, § 7 -181) <br />Sec. 10 -377. - Revocation. <br />Whenever any licensee under this article is convicted <br />of a misdemeanor for violation of this article, the council may <br />thereupon revoke the kennel license of such convicted <br />licensee. <br />(Code 1982, § 7 -182) <br />Secs. 10 -378 -10 -405. - Reserved. <br />
