Hanson <br />www. ci.little- Canada. mn. us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: September 4, 2012 <br />RE: Partial Payment for Interim Finance Director Services <br />As you are aware, the City has an agreement with Shelly Rueckert to perform Interim <br />Finance Director services relative to the 2011 Audit. The contract amount was for a <br />maximum of 100 hours at $45.00 per hour. <br />Shelly submitted and was paid for the following pay requests: <br />January through May 25`1' for 118.62 hours ($5,337.90); <br />May 26`1' through June 25`11 for 119.62 hours ($5,382.90). <br />Shelly has now submitted a pay request for work performed from June 26 °1 through July <br />22' for 21.75 hours ($978.75). This work was related to the 2011 year -end reporting <br />(post audit). <br />Shelly is providing some assistance to our new Finance Director; however, we have a <br />bank of hours that was negotiated as part of the Birchwood settlement for this assistance. <br />Therefore, I believe we are nearing the end of the need to provide reimbursement to <br />Shelly for interim Finance Director services. <br />I would recommend payment of the pay request as submitted. <br />
