On Friday the
issue spread even further throughout the park. Seems one business (that is already a code enforcement issue) is moving
to Lee Rossow's building for more space. We heard there is an interested party then that is going to lease their old
space in Russ Fischer's building (this interested party is an associated of another issue in Dave Evans building). We are
having an issue with the unlicensed new tenant working out of Dave Evans building who was working again unlicensed
on Friday with more cars. It goes on and on
Joel suggested a moritorium on Auto Repair Minor, Major, and Salvage and Auto Sales Indoor and Outdoor to review
code conditions. Things we should review are decreasing our # of salvage licenses, adding a # of allowable Minor or
Major, adding a # of allowable Indoor Sales, adding a specific 4 of allowable repair /sales within Ryan Industrial Park,
distance between shops, etc.
The moritorium should be done at the next Council meeting.
52eaatea Pane
Code Enforcement Officer
City of Little Canada
(651) 766-4046
j essica. iagoeAci.Iittle -canad a. mn. us
2
