Hanson <br />www. ci.l ittle- canada. mn. us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: September 19, 2012 <br />RE: Authorize Deer Hunting on Frattalone Company Property <br />As you will recall, in 2011 the City issued Frank Frattalone a bow and arrow deer hunting <br />permit to hunt his property that borders the south end of Blacktern Pond (see map <br />attached). There are about 13 acres of land, although most of it is pretty open. <br />Mr. Frattalone has again requested a deer hunting permit for this season. Mr. Frattalone <br />would be subject to the same hunt rules that were in place last year (see attached) and <br />which mirror the rules that have been in place for both Metro Bowhunters Resource Base <br />and the Sculleys. <br />Staff recommends approval of the deer hunting permit for Mr. Frattalone based on <br />compliance with the attached rules. <br />1 <br />
