Canabury had a renovation in 2009 and borrowed money from
the city to do the work. In return, each homeowner was assessed for their portion of the
:renovations. The homeowners had a limited time to pay the assessment. Any unpaid
assessments then got attached to the property taxes. Please contact Ramsey County for
information on the unit's assessment. Options for payment are made through them. Canabury
is no Longer involved in that process."
Thank you for your time and efforts in this matter.
Sincerely,
Dana Morrone
4
5
