If a member wants to use an <br />iPad, they can get an iPad...or a laptop...or an Android. Whatever they feel comfortable <br />using. The council member will own the device and will be responsible for managing and <br />maintaining their software updates. Since they own it when they leave office they take it <br />with them. And as mentioned, these devices are all external to the city network so access <br />to internal servers or printers is not possible. <br />I am not certain if this answers your questions or creates more.
