11. The storage area shall be paved with asphalt, concrete, or other material approved <br />by the City Council. <br />12. The storage area shall not occupy any space required for conformity to the <br />parking regulations of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />13. The property, including buildings and exterior site areas, shall comply with all <br />applicable fire codes. <br />14. All lighting shall be hooded and so directed that the light source shall not be <br />visible from the public right -of -way or from neighboring residential uses, and <br />shall be in compliance with Section 903.020.I of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />15. All other provisions and requirements as deemed necessary by the City Council. <br />16. The applicant complies with the provisions of Section 921 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />H. Minor Automobile Repair, provided that: <br />1. The applicant meets all requirements for Major Automobile Repair as listed in the <br />I -1 Zoning District. <br />The applicant meets all requirements for Minor Automobile Repair as listed in the <br />B -2 Zoning District. <br />1. Outdoor Storage of Recreational Vehicles and Equipment, provided that: <br />1. The Recreational Vehicles(s) and /or Equipment are owned by the fee owner of the <br />property in question. <br />2. The owner of the storage shall secure a license for the outdoor storage, and in <br />every other way comply with each of the terms of Section 914.050.G. of this <br />ordinance. <br />914.045. INTERIM USES (Requires an interim use permit based upon procedures set <br />forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) <br />A. Off Site Outdoor Storage, provided that: <br />1.
