Construction Company <br />9/93 - Present <br />Roseville, MN <br />Started in the drafting department as a draftsman producing contract drawings utilizing an Autocad <br />workstation. Additional duties included errands, blueprinting, plotting, word processing with <br />Lotus /Amipro software and some minor estimating and /or material ordering. In January of 1995, I was <br />promoted to the position of Assistant Project Manager. Some of my responsibilities include assisting <br />other Project Managers with projects, bidding and submitting proposal packages, job cost analysis, <br />running smaller projects, traveling to pre -bid meetings, traveling to jobsites for field management and <br />other miscellaneous activities. <br />HEAD SHIPPING CLERK <br />Advance Corporation <br />4/91 - 9/93 <br />St. Paul, MN <br />Responsible for all operations in an awards company shipping and receiving department. Maintain and <br />inventory all material necessary for completing the job. Upon graduation from St. Paul Technical College, I <br />acquired a full -time position with Wobken, Walsh, Noreen Architects. Duties included errands, <br />blueprinting, plotting, manual drafting and operating an Autocad workstation. <br />DRAFTSMAN /CADD OPERATOR (CV4X) <br />Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company <br />6/89 - 4/90 <br />St. Paul, MN <br />Completed approximately 800 part-time hours on an internship in the Mechanical Engineering <br />department, using a Computervision (CV4X) workstation. I also operated a Macintosh Word Processing <br />package to assist engineers in producing work specifications. <br />ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY <br />St. Paul Technical College <br />11/88 - 5/90 <br />St. Paul, MN <br />Completed a two year program in Architectural/Engineering Technology, which included two (2) <br />quarters of Computervision and two (2) quarters of Autocad training.
