A <br />Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for the auto repair - minor operation within the B -2 <br />District is also required. The subject site is currently zoned B -3, General Business District that does not <br />allow for auto repair as a permitted or conditional use, which is intended to be developed <br />on one of the three proposed lots. The applicant has requested a rezoning of the entire <br />site to 3 -2, Auto Oriented Business District, where the proposed Tuffy's Auto Center is a <br />conditional use. The applicant has not provided any information regarding prospective <br />uses of the other two proposed lots.
