Staff Report <br />To:Mayor Fischer and Members of the City Council <br />From:Heidi Heller, City Clerk/HR Manager <br />Date: May 13, 2026 <br />Re:Renewal of Business Licenses for the period July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027 <br />On-Sale Liquor Licenses <br />Off-Sale Liquor Licenses <br />Tobacco Store Licenses <br />General Sales & Display Tobacco Licenses <br />Amusement Center & Device Licenses <br />Action To Be Considered: <br />Motion to approve, table, or deny the following: <br />Liquor, General Sales & Display Tobacco, Tobacco Store and Amusement Device <br />licenses for July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, as presented, subject to receiving all required <br />materials and fees, and receipt of satisfactory criminal background checks. <br />Background: <br />Below are the listings of 2026 Liquor Licenses, General Sales & Display Tobacco License, <br />Tobacco Store License, and Amusement Device License renewals. <br />The City Council approved on-sale intoxicating and Sunday Sales liquor licenses in October <br />2025 for the new Treasure Bar & Restaurant, but due to unplanned improvements that were <br />required, this restaurant has not yet opened or been issued any liquor licenses.
