<br />S9-4 <br />Little Canada-Lupe - Borrower Loan Agreement - LC Apartments(199386221.3) - 5/12/2026 6:38:21 PM <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Form of Architect’s Certificate <br />ARCHITECT’S COMPLETION CERTIFICATE <br />The undersigned, an architect duly licensed and registered in the State of Minnesota has prepared <br />final working plans and detailed specifications (the “Plans and Specifications”) for LC Apartments, LP <br />(the “Borrower”) in connection with the construction of improvements on certain real property located in <br />Little Canada, Minnesota, such improvements or project being known as the Little Canada Senior Housing <br />(the “Improvements”). <br />The undersigned hereby certifies to Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America and R4 <br />Servicer LLC that to the best of our knowledge, information and belief: (i) all of the Improvements have <br />been completed in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, (ii) a [temporary] certificate of occupancy <br />has been issued for the Project Facilities [, provided however that there is no work remaining to be done <br />that would impair or delay the permanent occupancy of the Project Facilities or any portion thereof and <br />issuance of a permanent certificate of occupancy with respect to the Project Facilities, and other permits <br />required for the continued use and occupancy of the Improvements have been issued with respect thereto <br />by the governmental agencies having jurisdiction thereof], and (iii) the Improvements have been <br />constructed in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and are in compliance with the requirements <br />and restrictions of the governmental authorities having jurisdiction, including applicable zoning, building, <br />environmental, fire, and health ordinances, rules and regulations, including without limitation, the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the design and construction <br />requirements of the Fair Housing Act. <br /> <br />POPE ASSOCIATES, INC.
