86 <br />Confidential Information of R4 Capital Funding LLC <br /> <br /> <br />Little Canada-Lupe - Borrower Loan Agreement - LC Apartments(199386221.3) - 5/12/2026 6:38:21 PM <br /> <br />R4 Capital Funding LLC <br />Tax Exempt Bond Investment Standards <br /> <br />v4.4 March 2022 <br /> <br />(iii) No change in the flood map, the Property remains in an SFHA <br />If all or any of the buildings that are part of the Property were previously in an SFHA and remain <br />in an SFHA, Flood insurance must remain in force. <br /> <br />(iv) Change in the flood map, the Property is now in an SFHA <br />If all or any of the buildings that were not previously in an SFHA are now in an SFHA, R4 <br />requires the Property to be covered by the required amount of Flood insurance no later than 120 <br />days after the effective date of the FEMA NFIP map change. Flood insurance may be obtained <br />from NFIP and/or a private insurance company meeting R4 requirements. <br /> <br />Documentation required for coverage discontinuation <br />R4 will not require flood insurance coverage for a Property that is no longer in an SFHA upon receipt of <br />any one of the following: <br />(iv) Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) from FEMA excluding the insurable <br />improvements or the entire Property from the SFHA, or <br />(v) Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) from FEMA removing the community's SFHA <br />designation, or <br />(vi) Letter of Determination Review (LODR) concluding that the insurable improvements <br />are not in the SFHA <br /> <br />R4 may require flood insurance for buildings located outside of a SFHA Zone A or V, if it determines <br />that flood insurance is warranted, such as for buildings with a history of prior flooding, in proximity to a <br />high hazard source of flooding, or subject to risk of storm surge flooding. <br /> <br /> <br />Balance of this page left blank intentionally.
