Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance. <br />a) Named Insured: Environmental Remediation Contractors or Consultants and their respective <br />employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates. <br />b) Additional Insureds: “Partnership”, “General Partner”, “Limited Partner, ISAOA” and R4 Capital <br />LLC (for R4 Equity) and “Fiscal Agent or Trustee”, R4 Capital Funding LLC and R4 Servicer LLC <br />(for R4CF Debt) <br />c) Coverage: Must be no less broad than the underlying CGL, Vehicle and Employers <br />Liability policies required above. If coverage is not following form, differences must be <br />identified. <br />d) Limits: <br />Garden Apts. 1-3 stories, Single Floor, & other non-elevator buildings: <br />$3 Million Per Occurrence/$3M Annual Aggregate. <br /> <br />Mid-rise Apartment Building (4-10 stories): <br />$5 Million Per Occurrence/$5M Annual Aggregate. <br /> <br />High-rise Apartment Building (11-20 stories): <br />$10 Million Per Occurrence/$10M Annual Aggregate <br /> <br />+ 20 stories <br />$25M Per Occurrence/$25M Annual Aggregate <br /> <br />Aggregates are to apply on a per project basis. <br /> <br />5. Contractor’s Environmental Pollution Liability <br />a) Named Insured: Environmental Remediation Contractor and/or Consultant for pollution exposures. <br />b) Additional Insureds: “Partnership”, “General Partner”, “Limited Partner, ISAOA” and R4 Capital <br />LLC (for R4 Equity) and “Fiscal Agent or Trustee”, R4 Capital Funding LLC and R4 Servicer LLC <br />(for R4CF Debt) <br />c) Form: Claims Made <br />d) Limit: $3,000,000 per pollution incident. Limit may be revised depending on severity ofwork. <br />e) Perils: Coverage for asbestos, lead-based paint, construction, and remediation operations or as <br />directed by R4 whether performed by contractor or sub-contractor or other third-party. Coverage is <br />to apply to all bodily injury, property damage and environmental liability as well as cleanup cost <br />for pollution conditions both on and migrating from the worksite.
