No Further Ongoing Obligations; Termination. Other than the requirements of the <br />DEVELOPER to initially construct the Project to include the features set forth in Section 6, there <br />shall be no ongoing requirements relating to this Agreement after the building receives its final <br />certificates of occupancy.
