All notices to Mortgagor relating to any Event of Default under this <br />Mortgage or the other LCDA Loan Documents shall be given contemporaneously to the Limited <br />Partner of Mortgagor in writing delivered to the address and in the manner set forth above, and <br />any grace period or cure period which may be provided to Mortgagor shall not be deemed to <br />have commenced until Limited Partner shall also have received such notice.
