EXHIBIT A TO <br /> <br />LCDA LOAN AGREEMENT DISBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />DISBURSEMENT REQUEST <br />Number _ Date: ,2026 <br />The Undersigned, pursuant to that certain Disbursement Agreement dated , 2026, <br />by and among the City of Little Canada, Minnesota, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the <br />"Lender"), Guaranty Commercial Title, Inc., a Minnesota corporation. ("Title"), and LC <br />Apartments, LP, a Minnesota limited partnership ("Borrower"), hereby certifies and requests as <br />follows: <br />1. Borrower requests that the following amounts be paid by the Lender and forwarded to Title for <br />payment to the following payees from the Loan Proceeds as described in the Disbursement <br />Agreement <br />Name and Address of Payee Amount Requested to be Paid <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2. Attached hereto are invoices with respect to each item for which payment is requested pursuant <br />to Paragraph 1 hereof. <br /> <br />3. Borrower certifies that the disbursements are for Permitted Uses as defined in the Disbursement <br />Agreement and the Loan Agreement. <br />4.
