Seller: <br />Buyer: <br />Seller: <br />Buyer: <br />ADDENDUM TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />Dated: January , 1998 <br />1. Within ninety (90) days of closing of this transaction, Buyer will <br />determine if the existing structures on the property can be moved to <br />another site. If at the Buyer's sole discretion, it is determined that <br />structures cannot be relocated, Seller shall be given the first <br />opportunity to remove all fixtures, equipment, appliances, windows, <br />and other personal property so desired prior to Seller's vacation of the <br />premises with no reimbursement to Buyer for these items. Seller <br />shall retain no further rights once the property has been vacated. <br />Seller is responsible for leaving the building in a secured and orderly <br />condition in a manner satisfactory to Buyer. <br />2. Should Seller wish to occupy premises beyond the closing date, <br />Seller shall enter into a lease agreement in a form acceptable to the <br />Buyer at the closing based upon a monthly rental cost of Four <br />Hundred Forty -nine and No /100 Dollars ($449.00). Seller shall also <br />be responsible for insuring the premises for property and <br />liability coverage with the Buyer to be named as an additional <br />insured. Furthermore, Seller is responsible for all utility and property <br />maintenance costs. Buyer will be responsible for real estate taxes. <br />Other lease provisions will be in effect based on the document to be <br />executed at closing. <br />Page 75 <br />
