Ordinance No. 196, Article II., Section 4, Franchise Term, is hereby <br />amended to read: <br />Section 4, Franchise Term <br />This Franchise shall commence upon the effective date of the regular certificate of <br />confirmation issued by the Board and shall expire on April 20, 1998. <br />SECTION 2.
