However, does charge a <br />$13.32 /quarter water service charge while vacant. <br />Charges a $30 /quarter minimum fee on vacant homes. <br />Bills residents when they are out of town no matter what usage is. <br />Bills residents normal charge for sewer even when they are out of town. <br />City will turn water off and back on for residents while they are gone at no <br />cost to the resident. Residents must have their water turned off in order to <br />receive a sewer or water credit. Otherwise, residents are charged the <br />minimum sewer and water charges which are $6.72 for water and $16.80 <br />for sewer. <br />Page 25 <br />
