At that time the soonest you could legally have the tenants relocate is ninety
(90) days, however if the tenants wanted to move sooner we could have the site vacated
sooner. We would begin claim work as soon as we were authorized by the City to move
ahead. In beginning such claim work, we would give an immediate ninety (90) day notice
if the City wanted to do so.
It is my understanding that those businesses relocating are generally uncomplicated. This
would certainly help as to the timing in the relocation and gaining site control. As to our
services you can count on myself and my staff to expedite matters and resolve claims as
soon as possible.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
i41.. i'Urtj
Kirk A.
