An additional step which may be taken to improve the site's <br />interior circulation would be to reconfigure the curb stop <br />bounding the site's southern row of parking spaces. The barrier <br />should be modified as shown on Exhibit B, to minimize the <br />acuteness of the adjacent turning radius and functionally <br />improve access to the restaurant's drive -up facility. <br />Parking. No specific loading areas have been designated on <br />the submitted. site plan.. Prior to final project approval, the <br />site plan should be modified to indicate where loading activities <br />are to occur, thereby insuring that loading functions do not <br />disrupt vehicular and pedestrian circulation. <br />Lighting. The submitted site plan does not indicate exterior- <br />- Lighting locations. Locations should be specified prior to <br />final site plan approval. According to Ordinance standards, all <br />Lighting should be hooded and so directed that the light source <br />is not visible from the public right -of -way. <br />Landscaping. while general landscaped areas have been designated <br />on the site plan and are located in key areas where specific <br />screening is desired, a detailed landscape plan must be submitted <br />prior to final site plan approval of the proposal. The landscape <br />plan should indicate specific type and locations of all plantings <br />to occur on the site. <br />Signage. Although the submitted plan indicates general Locations <br />of both the site's primary sign and menu board,_ a. specific <br />signage plan must be submitted prior to final site plan approval. <br />The- plan should indicate materials and sizes of all signs to be <br />Located on the property.
