-Ei4 ?E 2 :1: F}1 <br />JIAAHCE 80. 561 <br />.AGE 10, <br />(b) Any combination of signer or lights which coat <br />light on property zoned for residential use <br />shall not exceed 0.4 feet (foot candle meter <br />reading) as measured from any property line <br />of such residential property. <br />(c) In no instance shall exposed light bulbs be <br />utilized to light signs, property or <br />merchandise for sale or rent. The lights shall <br />be hooded or controlled in some manner so as <br />to direct light away from public streets or <br />adjacent or nearby property. <br />(d) The illumination source shall not be placed so <br />to cause confusion or hazard to traffic, or to <br />conflict with traffic control signs or lights. <br />(3) Holiday lights and decorations shall be permitted. <br />(D.) Real Eatate Signs. <br />(1) Signs for the purpose of selling or leasing individual <br />lots or building shall be permitted) provided, that: <br />(a) Such signs shall not exceed nine square feet <br />for residential property and thirty -tvo square <br />feet for non-residential property. <br />(b) Only one such sign is permitted per street <br />frontage upon which the property abuts. <br />(c) Such sign shall be removed within seven days <br />following the lease or real estate closing. <br />(d) No part of such sign &hell be closer than mix feet <br />from the back of the curb. If there is a <br />sidewalk, no part of any sign shall be located <br />closer than two fret from the edge of the <br />sidewalk. <br />(e) Temporary real estate directional signs may not <br />exceed 18" X 24 ". Said temporary sign may be <br />planed on public right-of-way, but only between <br />the hours of 12 o'clock noon until 8:00 P.M. on <br />weekdays and from 6:00 A.M. Saturday until 8:00 <br />P.M. on the last day of the weekend. <br />(2) Developers Directional Sign Poeta <br />(a) Developers Directional Sign Poste may be on public <br />or private property.
