-Ei4 ?E 2 :1: F}1 JIAAHCE 80. 561 .AGE 10, (b) Any combination of signer or lights which coat light on property zoned for residential use shall not exceed 0.4 feet (foot candle meter reading) as measured from any property line of such residential property. (c) In no instance shall exposed light bulbs be utilized to light signs, property or merchandise for sale or rent. The lights shall be hooded or controlled in some manner so as to direct light away from public streets or adjacent or nearby property. (d) The illumination source shall not be placed so to cause confusion or hazard to traffic, or to conflict with traffic control signs or lights. (3) Holiday lights and decorations shall be permitted. (D.) Real Eatate Signs. (1) Signs for the purpose of selling or leasing individual lots or building shall be permitted) provided, that: (a) Such signs shall not exceed nine square feet for residential property and thirty -tvo square feet for non-residential property. (b) Only one such sign is permitted per street frontage upon which the property abuts. (c) Such sign shall be removed within seven days following the lease or real estate closing. (d) No part of such sign &hell be closer than mix feet from the back of the curb. If there is a sidewalk, no part of any sign shall be located closer than two fret from the edge of the sidewalk. (e) Temporary real estate directional signs may not exceed 18" X 24 ". Said temporary sign may be planed on public right-of-way, but only between the hours of 12 o'clock noon until 8:00 P.M. on weekdays and from 6:00 A.M. Saturday until 8:00 P.M. on the last day of the weekend. (2) Developers Directional Sign Poeta (a) Developers Directional Sign Poste may be on public or private property.
