14 | P a g e <br /> <br />Ramsey County Parcel Data <br />All data in this section are pulled from Ramsey County GIS servers. All data was collected on <br />11/15/2024. <br /> <br />Because of data differences, only comparison communities that were entirely within Ramsey <br />County were used for this section. <br /> <br />Data was pulled using a server connection to Ramsey County GIS data and initially filtered in <br />ArcPro. <br /> <br />Parcels were filtered to only include any parcels with a “Living Unit” value that greater than zero <br /> <br />Further work to organize, sort, and prepare data was completed in Excel. Obviously miscoded <br />parcels incorrectly attributed with a “Living Unit” were omitted from the dataset by preparer. <br /> <br />Living Unit appears to be Ramsey County’s equivalent to the Census’s “Housing Unit” meaning <br />a separate household could occupy the unit. <br /> <br />Excel Workbook and initial ArcPro Export are available if requested. <br />
