City of Little Canada METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br />CLEAN WATER FUND GRANT AGREEMENT <br />Recipient: City of Little Canada <br />Grant No: SG-26E-03-17 <br />Met Council Action: 2026-95 SW <br />Maximum Grant Amount: $ 26000 <br />Recipient Match (20% of total program excluding low-income option): $ 5250 <br />Recipient’s Authorized Representative: <br />Name: Evan Glunz <br />Mailing Address: 515 Little Canada Rd E, Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />Phone: 651-766-4038 <br />Email Address: evan.glunz@littlecanadamn.org <br />This Clean Water Fund Grant Agreement (“Grant Agreement”) is entered into between the Metropolitan <br />Council, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota (“Met Council”) and the <br />Recipient named above. <br />RECITALS <br />1.Minnesota Session Laws 2025, Chapter 36, Article 2, Section 8(b), appropriated to the Met Council <br />$1,400,000 in funds from the Legacy Amendment's Clean Water Fund ("Clean Water Fund") for State <br />fiscal years 2026 and 2027, for water demand reduction grants to assist municipalities in the <br />metropolitan area with implementing water demand reduction measures to ensure the reliability and <br />protection of drinking water supplies. <br />2.The Met Council is authorized by Minnesota Statutes sections 473.129, subdivision 4 to apply for and <br />use grants from the State for any Metropolitan Council purpose and may dispose of the money in <br />accordance with the terms of the appropriation. <br />3.The Recipient is authorized to receive grants from the Clean Water Fund for a water demand reduction <br />program to implement measures to reduce water demand to ensure the reliability and protection of <br />drinking water supplies. <br />4.On May 13, 2026, the Met Council authorized the granting $1,399,000 of the appropriation to the <br />Recipients participating in the grant program. <br />5.The Recipient represents that it is duly qualified and agrees to perform all services described in this <br />Grant Agreement to the reasonable satisfaction of the Met Council.
