ar77Sall sct®Y.51 -fir ° <br />November 20, 2012 <br />RE: Conditional Use Permit for 190 Ryan Drive <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN <br />Due to the changing nature of my autobody repair business I am in need of more space and equipment <br />to repair customers' autos. For this reason I am requesting the use of the center unit at 190 Ryan Drive <br />for that purpose. <br />New frame repair equipment is being added at my present location, 3245 Country Drive, Little Canada <br />and the repairs which create more dust will be moved to the Ryan Drive location to minimize <br />contaminates in the paint. <br />There will be only two or three technicians working at this facility and outside storage needs will be <br />minimal as once vehicles repairs are complete here they will be moved to the location on Country Drive <br />for paint and delivery.
