MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 13, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />December, 2012 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Vice Chair Tom Duray called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Ms. Jennifer Maleitzke <br />Ms. Heidi Murphy <br />ABSENT: Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Kevin I-lelander, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES The November 8, 2012 Planning Commission meeting minutes were <br />approved as submitted. <br />CUP — The City Planner reported that Richard Reeves, Maaco, has applied for <br />190 RYAN two Conditional Use Permits, one to allow major auto repair and the <br />DRIVE - other to allow outdoor storage of up to six vehicles on the property <br />MAACO located at 190 Ryan Drive. Mr. Reeves will be leasing about 1/3 of this <br />building and will operate it as an accessory auto repair facility supporting <br />his primary site on Country Drive. The Planner noted that vehicles <br />requiring certain aspects of repair will be brought from the primary Maaco <br />location on Country Drive, repairs completed at 190 Ryan Drive, and then <br />returned to Country Drive. The Planner pointed out that the Fire Marshal <br />has inspected the property and finds it complied with the Fire Code. <br />The City Planner reviewed his December 6, 2012 report and noted that the <br />conditions outlined in this report would be verified prior to the issuance of <br />an Auto Repair License and Outdoor Storage License. The Planner <br />indicated that staff is recommending approval of the two Conditional use <br />Permits with verification of compliance prior to license issuance. <br />12 <br />
