Trees - -- it appears that some of the trees are in the planned easement areas; others are <br />adjacent. Again, values for large mature trees are difficult to estimate. On past projects <br />we have based our estimates of value on the cost of replacement with more (2 for 1) <br />smaller trees. <br />Fees - -- $950 /parcel <br />Hourly rate for eminent domain and other services - -- $125/hour <br />Completion - -- 30 days from the notice to begin. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the Qualification Statement and appraisal license for Wallace O. <br />Oien. He would very likely be the appraiser doing the project. As can be seen, he has had <br />considerable experience in both appraisal and appraisal review with various <br />governmental agencies on highway projects. <br />Attached is the Appraisal Quotation Form, which you requested. <br />Again, thank you for the opportunity to bid on this work.
