gaming profits for 2013, net of the 10% tax, to aid in the purchase of fire equipment. <br />They will also make the same contributions for calendar years 2011 and 2012. These <br />funds will be transferred by the Fire Department to the City. The City will place them in <br />the Fire Equipment fund and they may only be used to assist in making fire equipment <br />purchases that are mutually agreed to by the City and Fire Department. <br />11. The Fire Department also identified other capital needs and a contingency <br />reserve totaling $58,332 for 2013. The Fire Department will be reimbursed for the <br />budgeted 2013 capital expenditures upon submitting the City proper documentation of <br />the expenditure or need for reserve draw.
