Hanson <br />St. John's Church is requesting to amend the Revenue Note for the St. John The Evangelist <br />School, and given that the City has authorized utilization of a portion of the City's tax exempt <br />borrowing authority, the City has been asked to approve this amendment. As in the past, this <br />Revenue Note is not an encumbrance of the City. <br />Staff is recommending approval of the First Amendment to St. John's Educational Facilities <br />Revenue Note as well as the waiving of the City's administrative fee. St. John's would be <br />responsible for any costs the City might incur in this transaction. <br />1 <br />
