As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T. A. Schifsy & Sons. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $382,938.13. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $19,146.91 and previous payments of $348,485.44, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $15,305.78. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the installation of pedestrian ramps and the final <br />quantities on all areas of the project completed in 2012. We are proposing to hold <br />retainage through the winter until establishment of the seeding can be verified in the <br />spring. We have inspected the work performed by T. A. Schifsky & Sons and find it to <br />be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
