MINUTES <br />PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br />OF THE EDA- <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 18, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of December, <br />1996 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located <br />at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael I. Fahey called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the City Council <br />were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. <br />City Attorney Mr. <br />City Planner Mr. <br />Cable TV Prod. Mr. <br />Admin. Asst. Mrs. <br />Joel Hanson <br />Tom Sweeney <br />Steve Grittman <br />Greg Schroeder <br />Kathy Glanzer <br />Morelan reported that page 13, second paragraph of the <br />November 27, 1996 Regular Council Meeting minutes <br />should be amended to refer to City Planner as well as <br />City Council review of the City's Zoning Ordinance. <br />Mr. Morelan introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 96 -12 -299 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />NOVEMBER 19, 1996 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED, THE NOVEMBER 27, 1996 WORKSHOP COUNCIL <br />MEETING AS SUBMITTED, THE NOVEMBER 27, 1996 REGULAR <br />COUNCIL MEETING AS AMENDED, THE NOVEMBER 27, 1996 <br />CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED, THE DECEMBER 3, <br />1996 TRUTH IN TAXATION MEETING AS SUBMITTED, AND THE <br />DECEMBER 3, 1996 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Morelan, Fahey, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Council reconvened as the Economic Development <br />Authority and President Fahey opened a Public Hearing <br />to consider the issuance of $6,840,000 Multifamily <br />Page 12 <br />
