The first few are focused on distinguishing between permitted and conditional <br />uses, as opposed to principal and accessory uses. Either a "principal" or "accessory" use <br />of the property may be allowed by permitted use or by a conditional use permit. For some <br />of the Items, this has been defined well, but for others this issue Is undefined. <br />Section 902.010 C. (Definitions) <br />ANTENNA - COMMERCIAL: it might be a good idea to note that this definition applies to <br />towers and antennas which are both principal uses and accessory uses. <br />ANTENNA - PRIVATE: The last sentence might be modified to read "... considered a <br />permitted accessory use to the ..." <br />SATELLITE DISH: The second to the last line should include the word "permitted" before <br />"accessory uses," <br />Section 903.140 A. ( "Permitted Zoning Districts ") <br />This section should be retitled "Eligible Zoning Districts.
