CITY OF LITTLE CANADA RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING ON VACATION WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota has determined to vacate the following described road right -of -way: That part of Tract A described below: Tract A. Lots 42, 43, and 44, J. F. Eisenmenger's Garden Lots, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota; excepting therefrom that part described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the north line of said Lot 44 with a line run parallel with and distant 150 feet northwesterly of Line 1 described below; thence run southeasterly at right angles to said 150 foot parallel line for 80 feet; thence deflect to the left at an angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds for 50 feet thence deflect to the left at an angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds to an intersection with the north line of said Lot 44; thence run west on the north line of said Lot 44 to the point of beginning; Line 1. Beginning at a point on the east line of Section 7, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, distant 972.5 feet southerly of the east quarter corner thereof; thence run northwesterly at an angle of 74 degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds from said east section line (measured from north to west) for 562.6 feet; thence deflect to the left on a 02 degree 30 minute 00 second curve (delta angle 53 dgrees 07 minutes 57 seconds) for 2125.3 feet; thence on tangent to said curve for 500 feet and there terminating; which lies northwesterly of a line drawn 60.00 feet northwesterly of and parallel with Line 2 described below: Line 2. Commencing at the southeast corner of Tract C, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 300, files of the Registrar of Titles; thence on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 23 minutes 07 seconds East along the southerly extension of the east line of said Tract C a distance of 16.05 feet to the point of beginning of said Line 2; thence South 51 degrees 48 minutes 46 seconds West a distance of 426.02 feet; thence South 54 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 152.34 feet; thence southwesterly a distance of 274.41 feet along a tangential curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 871.79 feet and a central angle of 18 degrees 02 minutes 04 seconds; thence South 72 degrees 54 minutes 44 seconds West, tangent to said curve, a distance of 346.90 feet to the west line of said Lot 42 and said line there terminating.
