Fahey <br />COUNCIL <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Jim LaValle <br />Steve Morelan <br />Bob Pedersen <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />Joel R Hanson <br />Ramsey County Public Works has indicated they have some time in <br />the next couple of months to do design work on the reconstruction <br />of Little Canada Road. In order that they may proceed, we need <br />to provide direction as to the right -of -way alignment at the <br />intersection of Little Canada Road and Market Place Drive. As <br />you will recall, we had three options: <br />1. Right -of -way acquisition <br />Canada Road; <br />2. Right -of -way acquisition <br />Little Canada Road; <br />3. Right -of -way acquisition <br />Little Canada Road; <br />from both sides of Little <br />all from the south side of <br />all from the north side of <br />Approximately 22 feet of additional right -of -way is needed in <br />this area. Based on staff's review of the conditions as exist <br />today, we would recommend the right -of -way acquisition be <br />obtained from the south side of Little Canada Road.
