Simon, a single person, Grantor, and the <br />City of Little Canada, a municipal corporation under the laws of <br />the State of Minnesota, Grantee; <br />WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, in consideration of One <br />and No /100 ($1.00) Dollars to her in hand paid by said Grantee, <br />and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants to said Grantee, its <br />successors and assigns, a permanent easement for street, <br />drainage, and utility purposes, and for ingress and egress at any <br />and all times with all machinery, equipment, and materials <br />necessary for the aforesaid purposes, in, over, and upon the <br />following described property owned by Grantor and situated in <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, which permanent easement is described <br />as follows: <br />The South 60 feet of the following described property: <br />That part of the East 117 feet of Lot 6, Block 1, North <br />Park, lying South of a line 160 feet North of and parallel <br />to the easterly extension of the North line of Lot 1, Block <br />1, Preston Addition. <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said Easement unto said Grantee and its <br />assigns. <br />1 <br />Page 6 <br />
