3. The unpaid principal balance which shall be amortized <br />over a period of nine (9) years pursuant to this Resolution is <br />the amount of $2,425.96. <br />4. The owners of the property so reassessed may, at any <br />time prior to certification of the reassessment to the County <br />Auditor, as herein provided, pay the whole of the reassessment <br />against the property with interest accrued to the date of payment <br />to the City Administrator, and may at any time thereafter prior <br />to October 15 pay to the City Treasurer the entire amount of the <br />reassessment remaining unpaid with the interest accrued to <br />December 31 of the year in which such payment is made. <br />5. The City Administrator shall forthwith transmit a <br />certified duplicate copy of this reassessment to the County <br />Auditor to be extended on the property tax lists of the County <br />and such reassessment shall be collected and paid in the same <br />manner as other municipal taxes. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Little Canada this <br />day of , 19 . <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
