television receiving antennas, satellite dishes, short-wave radio dispatching antennas, <br />or those necessary for the operation of electronic equipment including radio receivers, <br />federally licenses amateur radio stations and television receivers: <br />1) Accessory or secondary use antennas shall not be erected in any <br />required yard (except a rear yard) or within public or private utility <br />and drainage easements, and shall be setback a minimum of <br />three (3) feet from all lot lines. <br />2) Guy wires or guy wire anchors shall not be erected within public <br />or private utility and drainage easements, and shall be set back a <br />minimum of one (1) foot from all lot lines. <br />G. ACCESSORY UTILITY BUILDINGS. All utility buildings and structures <br />accessory to a tower shall be architecturally designed to blend in with the <br />surrounding environment to the maximum extent possible and shall meet the <br />minimum accessory building setback requirements of the underlying zoning district. <br />All utility buildings and ground mounted equipment shall be screened from view by <br />the use of suitable vegetation, except where the City finds that a design for non - <br />vegetative screening better reflects and compliments the architectural character of the <br />surrounding neighborhood. Lighting on accessory utility buildings shall be limited <br />only to that which is needed for security purposes.
