N <br />MEMORANDUM <br />NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS <br />COMMUNITY PLANNING - DESIGN - MARKET RESEARCH <br />TO: Little Canada Planning Commission <br />FROM: Stephen Grittman <br />DATE: January 28, 1997 <br />RE: Little Canada - Boss Resubdivision <br />FILE NO: 758.09 - 97.01 <br />Mr. Richard Boss has applied for a subdivision of property which would allow the <br />recombination of a portion of his neighbor's lot with his existing property fronting on Bryan <br />Street. The land subject to the resubdivision is approximately 27,000 square feet in area, <br />and both lots are significantly in excess of the minimum R -1, Single Family Zoning <br />standards.
