ANTENNA- PRIVATE: Any equipment used for transmitting or <br />receiving electro- magnetic waves including but not limited to <br />telecommunication, television or radio signals and which is <br />erected for the non - commercial use of the information. Any such <br />use is considered a permitted accessory use to the principal use <br />in any Zoning District. <br />CITY TOWER SITE: A location(s) owned or controlled by the City <br />on which is or may be located one or more antennas available for <br />connection and use by any person, firm or corporation in <br />accordance with the provisions of Chapter 903 and upon execution <br />of a lease with the City. <br />SATELLITE DISH: A parabolic shaped television or radio signal <br />receiver (including all supporting apparatus) which is located on <br />the ground or exterior of, or outside of any building or <br />structure. Devices of less than one meter in diameter in all <br />Zoning Districts, and two meters in diameter in Commercial or <br />Industrial Districts shall be considered permitted accessory <br />uses. All others shall require a Conditional Use Permit. <br />TOWER - COMMERCIAL: Any pole, spire or structure, or combination <br />thereof including supporting lines, cables, wires, braces and <br />masts, intended primarily for the purpose of mounting an antenna, <br />meteorological device or similar apparatus above grade and which <br />is erected for the commercial use of information.
